Atlas Pool and Spa Maintenance, Inc. offers full commercial and residential services for Pool, Spa, and Fountain Maintenance including:

FULL POOL & SPA SERVICE:
  • $85 and up, per month (subject to inspection)

  • SPA SERVICE: $65 and up, per month
  • Fountain service: $50 and up, per month

CHEMICAL SERVICE:

  • $60 and up, per month (subject to inspection)

FILTER SANITATION:

  • $85 and up per sanitation

  • Includes:
    • Dissemble Filter
    • Add Diatomatious Earth (D.E.)
    • Inspect & Wash Grids
    • Inspect & Lube O-Rings
 ACID WASH $250 and up (subject to inspection)

  • Includes:
    • Drain Pool
    • Two applications of acid wash (walls & seats)
    • Sanding Fill pool and provide start up chemicals

MASTIC: (DEC-O-SEAL)

  • Starts at $5.50 per foot

  • Includes:
  • Removal of existing mastic
  • Install new mastic
  • Texture new mastic with sand to achieve "grout" look.
  • 24 Dry time
  • Next day clean-up, remove excess.

Calcium Removal:

  • Price subject to inspection
The following services are also available. Most estimates are given "per job" and not "per hour", however, if an estimate is given per hour, it will be billed at a rate of $85 per hour.
