RATES (based on weekly service, subject to pool/spa inspection)

Prices for pool services are based on several factors including:

• The size of your pool/spa/fountain,
• The surrounding landscape/foliage,
• Efficiency of your equipment/retention of chemicals. (Call to learn more about how salt systems and sand filters can save you money!)

Each service stop will include:

WEEKLY SERVICE CALL (INCLUDED IN REGULAR MONTHLY CHARGE)

Unlike many pool service companies, Atlas Pools, Inc. includes all chemicals needed to maintain regular service including chlorine, acid, algae eliminators, and conditioner. Additional charges for chemicals will only be applied in maintenance cases of neglect, necessity for chemical bombs, or extreme conditions (i.e., construction debris, misuse, animal/rodent infestation).

It is the policy of Atlas Pool & Spa Maintenance, Inc. to provide a service log for our pool technicians to sign in on each visit. Your log will be located near your pool equipment or in a time clock box. We welcome our customers to check the log for notes and sign-ins, although your service technician will communicate with you on a regular basis for any additional needs or special circumstances regarding your pool or spa.

Filter sanitation is not included and will be done on an as-needed basis at the rate of $85 per filter. Typically, residential pools/spas require filter sanitation every 1-6 months, but may be increasingly necessary during the summer months.

NOTE: Most estimates are given "per job" and not "per hour", however, if an estimate is given per hour, it will be billed at a rate of $85 per hour, plus parts (if applicable).
