5. Liaison services to meet all health inspection requirements and respond to pool/spa related violations.
6. Fully maintained service log.
7. Special attention to aesthetic needs of property, clients, members, and timing.
8. Full proposals for repairs and installations/equipment replacements.
9. Professional, aesthetically sensitive, repairs and installations.
10. Equipment inspected on every service visit and priority repair services.
